Way back in January I decided that my college roomies and I needed to have a reunion. CJ was going to be having baby #2 (!) in June and the four of us have only been together at the same time about twice in the last two years. So it was much overdue!
Wouldn't you know, we're all pretty busy girls and the first weekend we all had that would work was the first weekend in May. So 4ish months later after I sent out that first email saying "Let's have a girls weekend!" we finally did.
We were originally going to visit Katy's new house in Indianapolis, but Cassie Jo's aunt and our other roomie Meaghan's (she moved in later) mom had an aneurism a few weeks ago and she is in the hospital here in Columbus. We modified our plans so that Cassie Jo could be close to her family and that Meaghan could join us for dinner and a much needed drink. And little Addison got to join us too!
It was so good to just hang out with these girls and just not do anything. Usually when we see each other we are at a wedding and everything is rushed and it's never just us. We went to lunch, took walks around Delaware, laid around the house, went to dinner and got ice cream.
We just had a great weekend. I hope we can do it again soon!

Sunday morning Katy left really early (5am) to drive back to Indy. Abra and I slept in a little bit and then went to church, lunch at Bob Evans and then got our nails done. I got a gel manicure and they look lovely!
